Pay based on experience $18-$21
Shifts to start: 3pm - 11pm Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
9am - 3pm Saturday or Sunday also available
General Responsibilities:
- Assist with individual physical care and behavioral support in their homes
- Support social and life skills by planning and participating in activities with individuals in their homes and in the community
- Assist individuals in maintaining a clean environment
- Complete daily documentation
- Supervision and support of staff
- Transport individuals to doctor appointments (company vehicle if needed)
- Build your schedule with the availability of staff
- Shift coverage assistance to staff or filling shift is necessary
General Requirements:
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Aptitude to laugh
- Utah Driver License & clean driving record
- Patience and understanding
- Assist individuals with finances
- Participate in paid training
