General Responsibilities
- Assist with individual *physical* care and behavioral support in their homes
- Support social and life skills by planning and participating in activities with individuals in their homes and in the community
- Assist individuals in maintaining a clean environment
- Complete daily documentation
- Supervision and support of staff
- *Transport* individuals to doctor appointments and activities in personal vehicle (company vehicle if needed)
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Aptitude to laugh
- Utah Driver License
- *Pass* Motor Vehicle report with less than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Patience and understanding
- Assist individuals with finances
- Participate in paid training
Salary : $18 - $19
