Job Responsibilities
- Execute daily activities with the individuals at home and/or in the community.
- Supporting Individuals with their goals to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Provide proper supervision to individuals to ensure their health, safety, and well-being.
- Assist in medications to individuals according to the Medication Administration Record (MAR)
- Assist individuals with meal planning, preparation and daily documentation
- Driving individuals to/from appointments
- Overseeing staff and ensuring they receive the necessary training
- Ensure the individual's medical and financial needs are met.
- Conduct house meeting and attend manager meetings
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have 3 years working in Social Services
- Must be able to have a flexible schedule
- Must have a current/valid UT Drivers license as well as a clean driving record
- Must have a vehicle with current registration and full coverage insurance
- Social service experience needed
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to provide physical care
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid UT driver's license
