At NES, we assist and support individuals with various skills, goals, and activities of daily living. These include hygiene tasks, skills development, community activities and personal interactions, among other opportunities. Employees are required to ensure safety and well-being of clients at all times, model appropriate behavior, follow client-specific behavior plans and supports, promote positive outcomes, provide supervision, complete all assigned program documentation accurately and punctually, and have a good judgement with the ability to handle crisis/emergency situations.

Qualifications
- Able to pass a Criminal Background Check and drug test
- Must provide a valid ID or Driver's License and Social Security card for background check
- 18 years of age or older
- Able and willing to lift over 50 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including at least one weekend shift
