Temp Admission Applic Proc

This is a part-time or temporary non-benefited position.

Description & Details: The Office of Admission is seeking an organized, attentive, and collaborative team member to work with the Admission Officers and Information Specialist. This position will scan, sort, and file incoming application materials, link documents to student records within a document imaging system, assemble outgoing admission packets, pack outgoing mail, process returned mail, and enter and update prospective student information in an electronic database to contribute to an efficient application and admission process.

Work Schedule: 25 hours/week, ideally 9:00-2:00/2:30

Advertised Pay:19/h

Pay is based on several factors, including budget, labor market, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and/or certification and other business considerations.

• Experience working in higher education
• Experience working with an electronic scheduling system Experience interacting with diverse groups
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook
