Job Title: Building Services - Custodial (Daytime Hours)
Location: Mayville State University, Mayville, ND
Compensation: Hiring Range: $31,558 - $37,870 (Based on experience)

Position Details:
Mayville State University is seeking a full-time custodian, who will be responsible for performing custodial work and services for routine cleaning and maintenance of buildings. This is a daytime position and will be 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime.
Required Competencies:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Minimum qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of material and equipment used in cleaning and upkeep of buildings
- Experience in custodial services
- Experience in floor care for tile floors and carpet cleaning
