The NDSU School of Nursing is hiring two positions. The responsibility of the first position will include supporting all aspects of the pre-licensure BSN program in Fargo, including processing applications, coordinating prospective students, preparing documents for the program as well as serving as a resource to students and working closely with the program directors and faculty to support the program. The second position will include similar responsibilities for the primarily online LPN-BSN & RN to BSN programs. This position will also include supporting School of Nursing advisory boards. Both positions will assist in carrying out the day-to-day functions of the School of Nursing to meet the need of the associate dean for nursing , faculty, students, and external agencies. Work Schedule:
Full-time, 12 month, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Hiring Range:
$42,000-$48,000 commensurate with experience
Pay is based on several factors, including budget, labor market, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and/or certification and other business considerations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree or 2 years work experience in an administrative support role
Customer service experience
Ability to contribute to a professional and team work environment in a positive, effective manner
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Excellent attention to detail
Experience creating and using spreadsheets
Proficient Microsoft computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Experience working in higher education
Experience working with students
