We are a high-volume ophthalmology/optometry co-management practice. We are actively recruiting and offering a two-year salary guarantee of $160,000-$175,000 depending on experience. Our state-of-the-art facility features a full optical dispensary and specializes in advanced procedures including LASIK, cataract surgery, premium implants, and a dedicated dry eye clinic.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Optometrist to join our growing team and meet the increasing demand for high-quality patient care.

What You’ll Bring:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
• Active North Dakota optometry license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical skills in comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and management of ocular conditions
• Commitment to patient-centered care and a collaborative team spirit
• Experience or interest in specialty services like dry eye management is a plus
