NDDOT Starting Salary: $5,271 / month
Job Duties
Direct activities for Drivers License Examiners Staff to include:
- Scheduling
- Training, Monitoring and Coaching
- Create and Manage Driver Skill Test Schedule
- Coordinate Training Schedules
- Coordinate Examiner Timesheet and Leave Requests
- Conduct Training, including Basic Training, Class D, CDL, Motorcycle and Fraud Detection
- Reconcile Deposits and Credit Card Transactions
- Conduct Full Examiner Duties, as needed
- Examiner Performance Management/Monitoring
- Promote Positive and Professional Office Environment
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma or GED.
- A satisfactory driving record for the last five years.
- Three years of Customer Service or Drivers License examining experience that included providing training and guidance, lead work, or supervision.
Requires satisfactory completion of the interview process and a verifiable record of satisfactory performance in previous position.
