North County Nursing and Rehab is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our healthcare team! The ideal candidate will excel in time management and attention to detail to administer medications to residents in compliance to the facilities policy and procedures as well as state and federal regulations.

Job Type: Fulltime

Shift Availability: 7A-3P Monday-Friday

Salary: Starting at $17.50

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including meals, turning, ambulating, and hydration

• Help residents with personal hygiene needs

• Observe and report changes in resident health to supervising nurse

• Document food and fluid intake accurately

• Assist with feeding and provide nutritional supplements

• Maintain clean and tidy living environments, including making beds

• Transport residents safely within the facility

• Support nursing staff and follow facility policies

• Uphold confidentiality and compliance with federal, state, and local standards

Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Qualifications:

• Valid CNA and CMA certification

• Strong communication skills

• Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities

• Attention to detail and familiarity with patient care standards and medication administration standards

• Physical stamina and ability to assist residents safely when needed
