Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, reliable and hands-on Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping teams in delivering top-quality outdoor landscape maintenance and installation services for commercial properties. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, safety-focused, and capable of managing teams through daily operations while maintaining high-quality standards across multiple commercial properties. Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead teams on landscaping, lawn care, and horticulture activities to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency on commercial properties
- Lead crews in landscape maintenance tasks such as trimming, pruning, planting, mulching, and irrigation system installation or repair
- Ensure crews maintain productivity, professionalism, and follow safety protocols on-site
- Read and execute landscape plans, routes and project specifications
- Operate trucks, trailers, skid steers, mowers, and other landscaping equipment
- Train crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with project managers and property managers if necessary
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget
- Perform site assessments of properties to inspect quality of work and conditions.
- Monitor equipment condition and material usage
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe commercial job sites
Qualifications
- 3 years of commercial landscaping experience
- Previous crew leadership or foreman experience required. This will be verified with previous employers
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Experience operating landscaping equipment and machinery safely
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor daily
- Knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance, irrigation, planting, grading, and hardscaping.
