Location: Travel to off-site auction locations (company-provided hotel & travel)

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with checkout at off-site auction locations
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with bidders, buyers, transporters and team members
- Perform physical tasks including walking, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Provide clear and effective communication to customers and colleagues
- Support auction operations as needed to ensure smooth event flow
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with physical activity (walking, bending, lifting light items)
- Willingness to travel; hotel accommodations and travel provided
- Previous customer service or auction experience preferred but not required
