Klearview Manor, a 16-bed ICF/IID facility located in Fairfield has a full time opening for a RN Director of Nursing. This position is responsible for recruiting, training and mentoring nursing personnel and serve as a liaison between front line nurses, physicians and administration. Duties will include but are not limited to; scheduling and managing workloads to ensure safe staffing levels, conduct staff reviews, develop and implement evidence-based resident care policies, track quality metrics to improve resident safety and experience. You will assist the nursing team with complex cases and treatment plans, oversee clinical documentation, records, and inspections maintaining strict adherence to local, state and federal healthcare laws. * Registered Nurse with five years of Management experience preferred. * Demonstrated background in financial management, policy/procedure implementation, and ability to manage all aspects of the nursing department. * Must have excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
