Residential Care Team Lead Full Time Market Square Health Care has an exciting opportunity for a full time Residential Care Team Lead to join our TEAM! Our goals involve providing excellent care to our residents while promoting an environment where our employees are treated with the respect they deserve and the support they need. This position is responsible for orienting and mentoring the CRMA & PSS staff as well as assisting the unit director in achieving and maintaining the unit goals. Must possess CRMA certificate and have excellent customer service skills. Leadership experience preferred.
