At North Country Alliance Church, our mission is to see our community and world develop a transformational relationship with Jesus. Every Sunday service, Kids Church class, and gathering takes place in a physical space — and we want those spaces to be clean, safe, and ready for people to encounter God and connect with others.
We are seeking a part-time Custodian who understands the importance of maintaining a well-cared-for building with a heart for the ministry happening within it.
What You’ll Do
You will ensure that our ministry environments are consistently clean and prepared.
· Cleaning and stocking bathrooms
· Floor cleaning throughout the building
· Classroom and common area cleaning
· Trash removal and surface cleaning
· Maintaining cleaning supply inventory
· Window/glass cleaning as needed
· Other custodial tasks as needed
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
· Can work independently with strong self-direction
· Takes pride in attention to detail
· Understands how physical spaces support ministry and hospitality
· Is reliable, trustworthy, and able to follow a weekly cleaning schedule
Hours & Compensation
· 8–12 hours per week
· Flexible schedule
· $16 per hour
