Duties and Responsibilities:
- Is available to the Head of School for taking notes, setting up appointments, correspondence, and Head’s report to Board
- Completes annual reports for ACSI and CESA if necessary
- Receives and screens phone calls and walk in traffic, serving as the first line of response for the Head of School
- Assists with the maintenance of and updating Family Handbook and Employee Handbook
- Helps with planning the school calendar for future years
- Works in conjunction with other staff members on events such as New Parent Coffee, Grandparents Days, Homecoming, etc., as needed
- Manage/supervise other employees as directed by the Head of School.
- Make accommodations and reservations for conference attendees and teachers/employee recruitments, and any guest who might be coming to the school from out of town.
- Arrange catering for preplanning events if applicable
- Secure plaques, gift cards, etc, for faculty awards and gifts
- Secure new teacher goody bag items
- Fill HOS’s calendar with school year items and set up meetings with direct reports
- Liaison to Crosspoint City Church
- Double check payroll books
- Carline as assigned
- All other duties, tasks, and responsibilities assigned by the Head of School
