• Accountable for Job Site Clean-up Returns, Daily Returns and RMA/RGA’s
• Correspond with Sales Writers for restock % and accurate credit to Customers
• Responsible for keeping the Warehouse In Process/Status queues clear and compliant with End of Month guidelines
• Primary responder and problem solver for Return emails, with a response time of 1 hour
• Work with Counter Team to facilitate timely and accurate return of cancelled orders and counter returns
• Complete weekly performance reviews of Associates using data driven metrics
• Actively engaged within warehouse, providing on call mentorship and problem solving for Associates
• Lead by example an effective and efficient team, with an emphasis on positively motivating, training, and uplifting of Associates
• Maintain and cultivate a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety policies and guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

• Clear and concise communication skills
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Fluent in North Coast warehouse and system processes
• Self-starter, team player with the ability to lead others with a quality focus
• Previous warehouse experience
• Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Willingness and desire to improve knowledge and skill level of self and others

• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50 lbs.)
• Forklift and stock picker use
• Warehouse environment
• Frequent use of computer terminal and RF scanner
• Usual 40 hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
• Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance

Salary & Compensation:

• This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime
• Pay is $23.95/hour - $29.96/hour, DOE.
