Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Seattle, WA. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations of the assigned property, ensuring excellent tenant experiences and optimal property performance. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising on-site staff, coordinating property maintenance, processing leases, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations. The role also involves addressing resident concerns, maintaining occupancy targets, and driving community engagement initiatives to continuously enhance the living environment.
