Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Seattle, WA. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations of the assigned property, ensuring excellent tenant experiences and optimal property performance. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising on-site staff, coordinating property maintenance, processing leases, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations. The role also involves addressing resident concerns, maintaining occupancy targets, and driving community engagement initiatives to continuously enhance the living environment.
Qualifications
- Property management and operational expertise, including budgeting and financial planning
- Strong leadership and team management skills for supervising on-site staff
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills for tenant and resident interactions
- Knowledge of compliance standards, lease agreements, and housing regulations
- Proficiency in using property management software and related digital tools
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- A customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional service and foster resident satisfaction
- Previous experience in property management or a related role preferred
- Must have MFTE experience
- Must have knowledge in Washington State and Local Seattle Laws
