North Coast Village Homeowners Association is looking for a Patrol Officer to join our team. We are a small firm that provides legal services to Oceanside, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be reliable, and have a positive attitude.
Duties:
Patrol the premises and monitor the property at all times
- Respond to emergency calls and follow established procedures in the event of an emergency
- Maintain a presence in the area and maintain the property in a clean and orderly condition
- Monitor surveillance equipment and report any malfunctions to the supervisor
- Investigate any incidents that may arise or problems that occur within the premises
- Conduct routine patrols of the premises to maintain a high level of security for the company and client
- Respond to all alarms or other signs of criminal activity or criminal behavior
- Assist in investigating any incidents that may arise or problems that may occur within the premises
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Must have a good attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Must be able to handle stressful situations with tact and diplomacy
- Must have excellent surveillance skills and be able to observe, monitor, listen, write reports, and communicate with others in a professional manner at all times
- Must possess excellent surveillance skills, be well-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and work well under pressure with multiple deadlines.

Pay: $19.50 - $20.50 per hour
