What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Support Technician position at NORTH COAST CHILDRENS SERVICES?
Under the supervision of the ERSEA Manager, the Program Support Technician provides support to component areas in order to further the NCS mission and meet program requirements and goals. This is a non-exempt position.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Input and maintain child and family data as assigned in the various data bases used by NCS.
- Create a family friendly, warm and inviting office reception area.
- Answer multi-line telephone/voice mail system, route calls and /or takes messages as appropriate.
- Provides Data entry support specifically to Family Services and other component areas as assigned.
- Produce reports and assist with aggregating data and reports as scheduled and/or requested.
General Support
- Assist team members to meet requirements of NCS programs.
- Assist staff with general program tasks, as assigned.
- Assist with special projects, as assigned.
- Assist in contacting staff, families, and providers with services and follow up needed by program.
- If a dual language employee translates, interprets, and communicates with clients and staff as needed or assigned.
- Attend team meetings and take notes, as assigned.
- Attend local and out of town meetings and/or trainings as required by the needs and goals of the program.
- Promote NCS to children, families, co-workers and community. Recruit families for programs as assigned.
- Facilitate and model respectful, professional communication and teamwork, demonstrating a positive attitude.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet program needs.
Salary : $20 - $22
