What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Analyst position at North Coast Childrens Service?
The administrative analyst will provide high level administrative support for the NCS leadership team, ensuring quality & effective data to support program compliance, reporting, & continuous improvement. Under the supervision of a manger or director, the Administrative Analyst will oversee NCS data base systems. This is a non-exempt position.
KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administration and management of Child Plus & other agency child & family data management software.
- Assist program directors, coordinators, specialists, managers, and supervisors in maintaining and developing data and tracking systems to ensure program compliance & quality.
- Train staff on child & family data systems in the areas of data entry, monitoring program requirements, report potential, report design, and report reading.
Salary : $35 - $39
