About the Role North Co Commercial Cleaning is hiring a reliable, dependable cleaner for a recurring retail cleaning job in the Silverdale / Kitsap, WA area.

Location Kitsap Mall — Silverdale, WA 98383 Exact street address and store details are shared only after you have 100% confirmed and onboarding is complete.

Job — Window Washing Pay: $65 per visit Time on site: about 1–1.5 hours Schedule: Every 6 months Scheduled service date: Tuesday, May 26, 2026, starting at 8:00 AM. Payment

Each job is paid separately at the rate listed above. Payment is processed once before-and-after photos are submitted and the client manager confirms they are happy — usually within 30 minutes, and up to 24 hours at most.

If you bring your own supplies, you earn a $5 supply bonus per visit. If North Co provides the supplies, no bonus applies.

What You'll Do Window Cleaning Clean storefront and entry door glass, inside and out; remove all smudges Clean and polish handles, sills, and doorplates Remove spider webs, gum, debris, and tape Squeegee and detail all glass edges and corners; wipe ledges dry Submit before-and-after photos through our cleaning app

Supplies Needed All supplies and equipment are provided, or you can bring your own (see supply bonus above). If you bring your own, you'll need the basics:

Window Cleaning: Professional window scrubber/applicator, squeegee, glass cleaning solution, microfiber or scrim cloths, a scraper or razor (for gum, tape, and debris), and a bucket.

Dress Code Slip-resistant shoes are required — if you need a pair, we'll help you get one A North Co branded shirt is provided once you've been with us for 3 months; until then, wear a clean, plain blue or black shirt Gloves are optional — wear them if you prefer Jeans or non-athletic shorts are fine; no ripped or holey clothing, no sweatpants, and nothing revealing Keep jewelry to a minimum Wear a hat or keep hair tied back Arrive clean and presentable, with good personal hygiene

Pace / The Service Window These stores give a tight service window, so speed matters — but quality comes first. We'd rather it be done right than rushed. If you can't comfortably hit the window on your own, that's fine: either bring your own helper, or let us know and we'll bring in a second person to work alongside you. Either way works — just tell us upfront so we can plan for it.
