Voyage Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead key clinical support departments. The role plays a key leadership role in coordinating daily operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. - Salary Range for this position is $79,000 - $96,000 per year, based on years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the daily operations of the Patient Call Center, ACC, and Clinical Support RN departments
- Recommend, hire, orient, and train staff
- Evaluate staff performance in conjunction with the Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing Operations
- Ensure clinic compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations
- Implement, plan, and evaluate educational information with the assistance of the Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing Operations
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
- Current Minnesota RN license, maintained as required by state law
- 1 years of supervisor experience required
- Experience with telephone triage and/or anticoagulation principles beneficial but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of nursing principles, clinical policies, and procedures
