Our clinics, conveniently located within 18 miles of downtown Minneapolis, primarily serve the western suburbs of Crystal, Maple Grove, Osseo, and Plymouth.
We are seeking passionate Family Medicine Physicians to join our team! This clinic-based position offers the unique opportunity to hold admitting privileges at North Memorial Medical Center.

- Approximately 18-23 patients per day
- On-Call 1-2 days per month
- Newborn Rounding and Weekend Call: Approximately 3-4 weeks per year

Salary Range: $200,000 - $375,000 per year
The pay described reflects total compensation for Full Time Physicians. Compensation will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, and productivity.
