As part of our mission, we are looking for committed and caring Summer CARE Professionals to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our students.

*Summer Program Dates - (8 Weeks) June 23-August 15th . No program on July 4th.

*Hours- 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday Training on 6/17, 6/18, 6/20.

*Experience leading large group educational and recreational activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 18 years old and have graduated from high school.
  • Must have at least one year’s successful experience leading children in a group setting such as classroom, daycare, or recreation.
  • Ability to work effectively, professionally, and collaboratively with parents, public, and other staff.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision and coordinate activities.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (depending on specific assignment)

  • Enforce program policies and regulations.
  • Plan and lead daily activities for children.
  • Address inquiries from staff and parents.
  • Document behavior concerns and injuries promptly.
  • Communicate professionally with parents and coordinators.
  • Ensure children's safety and intervene when necessary.
  • Provide limited first aid as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff hours.
  • Manage supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Maintain classroom organization and appearance.
  • Attend program meetings and trainings.

Pay: $18.67 - $27.52 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
