What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Paraprofessional position at NORTH CLACKAMAS SCHOOL DISTRICT 12?
Looking for a BCBA candidate and/or an RBAI/RBT who wants school-based experience! This job opening is for a Behavior Team paraprofessional at North Clackamas School District (RBT/RBAI not required). They would work on my team supporting middle schools, high schools, and the adult transition program. I run a program for adults with severe behaviors who are not quite ready for the traditional adult transition program that the school district offers. The para would be implementing SBT (would go through the FTF training, 1:1 training with me, get frequent overlap with me, and will be paired with another para experienced in implementing when not with me). Additionally, the para may work 1:1 with students in the traditional adult transition classroom completing assessments and teaching specific skills. They may also be sent out to middle and high schools to collect ABC data, implement lessons with students (e.g., AIM lessons), or provide direct support for a student's behavior plan.
