What You’ll Be Doing
Service:
Greet and check in guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
Assist with special requests and provide accurate hotel and local information
Handle guest communications such as faxes, packages, and mail
Perseverance:
Tackle guest concerns with a positive attitude and focus on recovery solutions
Inclusion:
Treat every guest and team member with equity, dignity, and respect
Respect:
Appreciate and value every individual’s contributions, including your own
Innovation:
Be a local expert, able to share dining, shopping, and travel tips with confidence
Teamwork:
Collaborate across departments, stepping in to support roles like Concierge or Shuttle Driver as needed
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
A passion for outstanding customer service (JD Power award-winning!)
Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, engaging personality
Ability to quickly learn hotel systems and property management software
Comfortable standing for extended periods and working flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
