Job Summary
To assist the office staff in executing duties and responsibilities, which may include, but are not limited to:
- Scanning
- Assist with mailings
- Greet students, answer the telephone
- Data Entry and clean up
- General office duties as directed
The pay is $15 per hour, and you can work up to 19 hours per week.
Required Education
High School Diploma or GED
Required Skills & Abilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using office software Pleasant, professional demeanor with students
