- Counsel patients within Franklin County, Ohio who are managing mental health challenges or addiction.
- Assess treatment histories to create psycho-social evaluations.
- Provide counseling services, including routine re-assessments.
- Conduct periodic reviews of Individual Service Plans (ISPs), making updates when necessary.
- Maintain outpatient appointment schedules efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree required, at minimum;
- LSW, LPC or MFT credentialing - $33 hourly;
- LISW, LPCC or IMFT credentialing - $35 hourly;
- Prior experience working with serious mental illness or substance use disorders;
- Proven track record of performing clinical evaluations;
- Provide a minimum of 1,248 patient service hours annually (104/month);
- Fulfillment of company credentialing requirements;
- Valid Ohio driver's license, automobile and excellent driving record are required; and
- Pre-employment criminal background check and drug testing are mandatory
