We're Hiring: Safety and Human Resource Officer
Location: Multi-site | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

About the Role:
As the Safety Coordinator/HR assistant, you'll be the heartbeat of our people operations—ensuring safety, culture, compliance, and collaboration are upheld across all branches. You’ll be an essential partner to leadership and team members alike, helping maintain the strong, high-performing culture that makes NCI unique.
What You'll Do:
Lead safety & HR training to keep employees informed and compliant.
Facilitate engaging safety meetings across all levels of the company
Support recruitment and onboarding to build a top-tier team
Handle offboarding with professionalism and dignity
Travel between branches to maintain strong connections and visibility
Enforce company policy in alignment with legal compliance
Collaborate across departments to align efforts and improve outcomes
Attend safety council meetings and trainings to stay current
Promote a positive workplace culture rooted in trust and accountability
Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with excellence
What We’re Looking For:
A natural leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Background in management, training, or people development
Exceptional organizational and multitasking ability
A strong people sense and eye for character
Able to travel regularly to support our teams across locations
