- Attend punctually to the drop-in hours of tutoring in the LRCV.
- Organized and punctual reporting of tutoring activities in the LRC reporting system.
- Professional and responsible communication with tutored students and NCC faculty.
- Enrolled as a student at North Central College (NCC)
- Preferred recommendation by a professor in the World Languages and Cultures (WLC) department at NCC
- Preferred if enrolled in one of the WLC programs; qualified applicants enrolled in different NCC programs may also be considered
- Intermediate proficiencies in one or more of the languages taught at NCC
- Aptitude for working with students and professors in the WLC department
