Job Summary
The Operations Manager - Central Supply assumes responsibility for the development, implementation and overall project management for processes that require development or revisions, based on changes in the Baptist Health System and/or regulatory requirements directed from Tenet Healthcare. Is responsible for working collaboratively with all facilities and outside entities to ensure that processes are in place for enhancement of operations. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Management or related field.
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Master’s degree
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1-year previous project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage complex change management. Successful completion of post graduate internship with BHS in lieu of project management experience is acceptable.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 3 years of progressive management in healthcare or supply chain with demonstrated success in operational improvement or project management.
