Invoice Management: Process invoices for payment accurately within the PeopleSoft Financial system.
Billing Operations: Manage purchase order invoicing and utility billing entries using the AiM System to ensure timely revenue cycles.
Administrative Support: Oversee incoming mail operations, including date-stamping, scanning, and digital archiving of invoices.
Data Accuracy: Assist with the entry of utility-related data into AiM to support department-wide billing accuracy.
