| Essential Job Duties | The Poole College of Management is seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Undergraduate Admissions to lead recruitment, yield, and enrollment initiatives. Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Programs, the Director will develop and implement strategies to attract and enroll a strong undergraduate student body while advancing the College's enrollment priorities. As the College's primary undergraduate admissions resource, you will collaborate with University Enrollment Management and Student Services (EMAS), College leadership, academic programs, Student Affairs, Marketing and Communications, Development, and external partners. You will also supervise professional and student staff, lead the Student Ambassador program, and manage an annual admissions budget of approximately $40,000.
