- Bartender
Job Purpose:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons of the North Carolina State University Club, following standard recipes and procedures. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix and serve drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain knowledge of various liquors, wines, and beers.
- Process customer payments and ensure accurate billing.
- Adhere to all responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Stock and replenish bar inventory as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience.
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
- 1 year of bartending experience
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of mixed drinks and cocktails
- Ability to operate a cash register and POS system
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
