The North Carolina State Bar is hiring a Compliance Specialist.

As a Compliance Specialist, you’ll work closely with lawyers to help them become and remain trust account compliant — reviewing records, answering questions, and sharing practical guidance along the way. What We’re Looking For:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of auditing, bookkeeping, or accounting experience (or a combination of) required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with platforms like Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft Office
