Salary: $38,000 – $42,000 per year

Position Summary

North Carolina Recovery Support Services is seeking a dependable, hands-on SAIOP Lead Residential Monitor to provide leadership and daily oversight within our SAIOP residential housing program. This role works closely with a team of 9 Residential Monitors and the Clinical SAIOP Team to support 26 residents across two housing sites. The ideal candidate is ethical, proactive, compassionate, and able to remain professional in high-stress environments.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide daily onsite monitoring and supervision of 26 SAIOP residents.

· Lead and coordinate a team of 9 Residential Monitors.

· Collaborate with the Clinical SAIOP Team to support treatment goals.

· Transport residents to appointments and approved activities.

· Pick up and manage food donations and supplies.

· Provide case management assistance and connect residents to community resources.

· Maintain documentation, incident reports, and program compliance.

· Ensure a safe, structured, recovery-focused residential environment.

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED (required).

· Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background screening.

· Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment.

· Certified Peer Support Specialist preferred.

· Minimum of 2 years experience in the Triangle area preferred.

· Knowledge of resources for homeless individuals and those with substance use disorders preferred.

Schedule: Full-time; evenings and weekends may be required.
