Your Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting client assessments and developing care plans
- Supervising and training home care staff
- Communicating with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations
- Active North Carolina RN license required.
- Minimum two years experience of supervisory or home care, home health, or related programs.
- Professional Demeanor, Time Management, and Nursing Documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in quality management preferred.
- Must be proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office.
