Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $21.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application)
This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Health and Human Services - Office of the Secretary.
This position is located in the Adams Building. The position will be responsible for front desk support. This position will be the primary backup for the front desk receptionist. This position will provide front desk & phone coverage daily for the receptionist's lunch hour. This position will also provide coverage when the receptionist is on vacation or out / Support for DEI.

Strong customer service skills. Receiving and greeting visitors; answering phones and questions regarding basic office information.- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, One Note, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint
- Assist multiple professionals with administrative and clerical support and effectively manage their scheduling needs and meeting activities.
- Ability to support meetings, including managing setup operations and note-taking
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to be flexible and detailed oriented.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and effectively in written form; ability to adjust language or terminology to meet the needs of the audience; ability to use correct grammar, organization, and structure.
High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
