• Provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to patient needs.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Utilize telemetry equipment to monitor patient vitals and identify abnormal cardiac activity.
