We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN - Home Health to join our team in Bellingham, WA. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring safe and effective treatment plans are followed.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
