Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely processing of all ticket returns through online application by following first in first out (FIFO) best practices. Verify all tickets against return receipts and document discrepancies to ensure proper credit to retailers. 45%
- Manage POS inventory through the Sales Inventory Database. This involves confirming and receiving deliveries of all warehoused and rotating POS, entering adjustments to account for distributions to Sales Reps, processing transfers to regional offices and periodic physical count verification. 15%
- Regulate all Instant Product movement within the warehouse from receipt to destruction. Load and unload tickets received from regional offices, verifying count and security seal tags. Separate and store tickets based on game status. Sort and reorganize palletized, processed tickets based on ending of games to stage for scheduled destruction. 10%
- Organize and separate rotating and semi-permanent POS items for distribution to Sales Reps on a weekly basis. 10%
- Fulfill additional point of sale requests received from Sales Representatives and Regional Offices for shipment or pickup. 10%
- Maintain inventory of promotional items for the Marketing Team by performing physical inventory counts and pulling items as requested in accordance with planned events. 5%
- Perform daily safety inspections of equipment including forklift, electric pallet jack. 5%
Requirements:
- One year of experience in a warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to work in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Proven ability to navigate multiple online databases
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and/or forklift preferred
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- High school diploma/GED
Hiring Rate: $36,465 (this non-exempt position will be filled at or near the posted salary)
