** Territory for this position: Pitt, Craven and Pamlico counties **
Responsibilities:
- Build strong and successful customer relationships
- Develop and manage retailer account base to meet sales quotas
- Maximize product visibility and product price points
- Analyze sales history and identify optimal ways to boost growth
- Merchandise product with planograms; replace dispensers and re-stock supplies
- Create sales by introducing new products, training retailers and players, and marketing at special events
- Recruiting new retailers and prospects through social media, internet and networking
- Manage inventory, perform site surveys, provide new product inventory Assist current and potential retailers with contract information and facilitate the onboarding process for new retailers
Requirements:
- One to three years of route sales experience preferred
- Retail sales and/or customer service experience a plus
- Experience in prospecting and cold calling
- Outstanding relationship building skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Frequent driving required
- Irregular hours required on occasion
- Valid Class C Driver's License and good driving record
- Notary Public will be necessary if selected
Hiring Rate: $51,078 incentive (this position will be filled at or near the posted salary)
