**This is a hybrid position**
Responsibilities:
- Manages billing processes for invoice payment, including detailed review of all media buys, as well as ad agency estimates and purchase agreements
- Verifies that all media invoices align with approved media buys and all TV and/or radio spots ran in programming or daypart purchased, with correct creative, correct cost per spot/impression
- Utilizes Financial Accounting System, Dynamic AX to create annual purchase agreements and purchase orders
- Provides clarification and communications to senior management on billing-related matters,
- Works closely with advertising agencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of budget management.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
- Skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Ability to pay close attention to details.
Hiring Rate: $61,804 (this exempt position will be filled at or near the posted salary)
