The North Carolina Courage, a member of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), is seeking Seasonal Fan
Experience Game Day Staff to join our team for the 2026 season. We’re looking for energetic, dependable
individuals who want hands-on experience in sports, live events, and fan engagement while helping create fun,
welcoming matchday experiences for our fans.

In this seasonal role, you’ll support in-stadium activations, theme nights, and family-friendly programming while
serving as a front-line ambassador for the North Carolina Courage on matchdays.
This role reports to the Fan Experience Manager within the Live Production Department.

This role reports to the Fan Experience Manager within the Live Production Department.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Assist with pre-game, in-game, and post-game fan experience activations, including theme nights, Kids Zone
- Help set up, operate, and break down fan experience areas, signage, and activation materials throughout the
- Interact with fans in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner to enhance the matchday atmosphere
- Support giveaways, interactive games, and crowd engagement activities in seating areas and on the
- Work alongside Fan Experience leadership, Game Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth
- Represent the North Carolina Courage positively and professionally at all times
- Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines to support a safe and successful game day
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including sun and rain
Required Skills & Experience
- Interest in sports, live events, fan engagement, or event operations
- Availability to work most North Carolina Courage home matches, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable engaging with large and diverse groups of fans, including families and children
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to WakeMed Soccer Park
- Previous experience in customer service, events, athletics, or school/community activities
- High school juniors/seniors or college students pursuing interests in sports management, marketing,
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
