- Prepare them for leadership and impactful positions in Health Administration.
Faculty are expected to teach 3-4 courses every semester. The successful candidate will be expected to provide instruction in a 100% online environment. The candidate will teach undergraduate courses in one or more of the following areas:

| HAD 3200 Healthcare Law & Legal Aspects (BLAW 3100)
| HAD 3300 Health Informatics (CIS 1000)
| HAD 4000 Healthcare Economics & Finance (FIN 3200, ECON 2100)
| HAD 3410 Quality Management in Healthcare (MGT 3000)
| HAD 3400 Healthcare Marketing
| HAD 3310 Health Information Technology
| HAD 3320 Health Data Management
| HAD 3500 Strategic Management (MGT 3000, FIN 3200)
| HAD 4100 Healthcare Seminar
Also, the candidate will be the key faculty member expected to work with students to seek and secure professional opportunities, to apply important knowledge and and skills in a real world setting.

Previous teaching experience at the college or university level, especially in on-line delivery;
Evidence of development of student assessment activities.
Experience working in CANVAS or another learning management system (LMS)
Record of research and scholarly activity including publications AND or Ability to engage in research and scholarly activities (e.g., peer-reviewed publications and research funding).
Able to identify and support student experiential and capstone activities
Familiarity with accreditation process with the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME) or another agency.
Successful applicant should expect to attend departmental and/or campus meetings/events at least 2-3 times during the academic year.
Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ); Certified Medical Manager (CMM); Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC); Certified Healthcare Administrative Professional (CHAP); Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM); Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS); Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP).
ACUE or other certification in quality assurance for online instruction highly preferred
Successful candidate will be responsible for course delivery for 12 credit hours per semester.
Applicants seeking Veteran’s Preference must attach a DD 214 form or those seeking National Guard Preference must attach as NG23A form. Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty with your application during the process of applying to the job posting.
