Role Description
The North Carolina Baseball Academy is seeking to hire a full-time Assistant Director to help lead daily operations at our state of the art indoor and outdoor training facilities. The Assisant Director position requries a motivated individual with coaching or playing experience at the high school, college or professional level, and a strong passion for player development through instruction, camps and team fundamentals. Other reponsibilites also include assisting with facility and field maintenance, and assisting in running a team program.
Qualifications
Candidates need to possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, along with the ability to instruct baseball and softball to players ages 5-18. Experience organizing camps and running team practices is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
The Assistant Director position is a salaried position with bonus opportunities, some paid benefits, and SIMPLE retirement plan contributions after a qualifying period.
