- Direct Patient Care: Provide high-quality, evidence-based care for a diverse patient population in a primary care setting, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing conditions, creating treatment plans, and promoting wellness.
- Clinical Oversight: Ensure best practices are followed in all patient care activities and help develop clinical guidelines that enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with administrative leadership, clinical staff, and other specialists to continuously improve workflows and enhance the patient experience.
- Continuing Education: Stay current with medical advancements, promote staff education, and participate in the training and development of other clinicians.
- Quality Improvement: Lead and participate in initiatives aimed at improving patient care, safety, and clinical outcomes.
- MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty.
- Experience: At least 3 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting, with prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients, team members, and leadership.
- Patient-Centered Approach: A deep commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to a diverse patient population.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
