Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local healthcare providers, coordinating patient care, and ensuring seamless communication and coordination of patient treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals, medical centers, and other healthcare providers to facilitate smooth transitions of patients

• Coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of treatment plans

• Act as a liaison between healthcare providers, patients, and families to address concerns and questions

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and communication with healthcare providers

• Identify and resolve issues related to patient care and communication

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in marketing and business development in a healthcare setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
